Every personal training session is an hour long, from start to finish. The session is broken down into three segments. Each session begins with a 10 minute warm-up, followed by eight alternating rounds of bag work stressing technique and form of boxing fundamentals, with a specific focus on strength, conditioning, and cardio exercises.
